This video shows something I never saw before: Subaru with voice!!
I searched and I found the regular versions of Party's Breaker don't have voices, and voice packs was done by fans. All versions of Party's Breaker you can find this game to download already have this voice pack... except for the Subaru's voice pack.
There's some place I can find the Subaru's voice pack to download?
Edit: I found THIS VIDEO, showing a hack featuring a gameplay with Azusa. Asuza have a voice pack too...

Now, I searching for voice packs for both Subaru and Azusa...
