obviously saturday is the when the most people will go due to Kotoko, but we dont know when does it end and Epic EFZ tournument itself takes 3 hours already

So Unless people want/can to start at like afternoon~night time and able to stay until midnight or something, then maybe we should pick another day

or dont call me a tyrant and say u can't make it when i set up the day already

To be honest, people won't be able to see until after the con schedule is posted.

Personal experience is that after 7:00 things slow down enough so that there is not too much people and usually there is nothing interesting. Some rooms are open 24/7 anyways.

they might need some direction how to go to the room to go to

the sooner we decide, those people will able to get the idea when they should start going etc

last time Epic2k5#r takes like from 10am to 9pm

MBR tournument RR style takes like 3 hrs

so i dont think we can do EFZ + MBR if we start it after 6pm

BUT, i think all the MBR player (MTP,lina,EVO) go to all 4 days?
so you guys can host it other day if you guys want (with BL people)

If you guys want to do it the same time I can change my team tournument to SE, or even cancel team tourney and all star game for EFZ to make time

But i need to know how many ppl going to join the MBR tournument and what style to see what i should adjust

if this starts at 6-7pm and isn't at the hotel, is there a time limit where people have to get out? (if it's at the hall or something)

and is the kotoko thing only on saturday?

The concert is on saturday, but nobody knows yet if panels and autograph sessions of her are in other day.

As far as I remember, there are areas of the convention that are 24 hours or close very late. I do think there were 24/7 viewing rooms in the convention last year, I think either in the convention center or in the hotel where a lot of the viewing rooms were (not the Coast nor Hilton - where the arcades were).

Actually, the arcade room *was* 24hrs, and I remember some areas with enough couches or seat places (and even tables) like to have the tournament (the hall where the piano is, and some nearby areas). I think Vince (of ROH) went to play the piano there once like at 11pm while we were playing at Spatula's hotel room. There's also people roaming around all that time so there shouldn't be a problem with us playing.

It could be a good idea to mention this on SRK, I am sure at least a couple people would be interested to join the singles.

I believe i will be attending this event! As Far as Cez or Daphnes go, im not sure. I know they're going to expo, but i dont know if they're gonna play perhaps Daphnes will, but CEZ has been leaning away from EFZ. We'll see what happens
