Just got game, but it seems to be running slow

Hi. I just got a copy of this game. videos seem interesting, and I'm preety sure I have seen this at conventions in the past.

Anyway, I seem to have major slow down in the game. Not like things are delayed, but it just doesn't sure all the movements and frames. Does anyone know what the problem is?

If you're running Vista, that's the problem.
