Yes, I know, theres a netplay thread that tells you how to do everything. However, I'm extremely mixed up in how to get my netplay working. Everytime I try to patch my EFZ game, it fails and gives me a bunch of gibberish speak. On top of that, when I got a pre-patched game, I tried working the most recent version of EFZNET.exe, and didn't get to play against someone I wanted.
I got some chinese guy, even though I put in my friend's Hamachi IP address. Could someone explain why this is happening? If anyone can make a netplay set up video, I'd really appreciate it
If you don't understand me that well, I'll try to get my thoughts together... sorry -_-

Posting a valid screenshot of an error message displayed in Japanese(most likely) might clarify the issue and allow others to assist you to ressolve the problem soon. If the netplay failed even after both sides tried hosting with or without hamachi, you just have to use trial and error method to pinpoint the cause: check whether you are missing any file (or corrupted), config options/port setting are mismatched, and etc. The most recent version of netplay program is "EFZdotNET_EX.exe", 0.1.1 beta 2007.1.15 For the video, play a match on any empty replay slot while netplaying then record that replay file using Fraps afterwards. =o
