Kanna also still has the AI flaw from BME. She doesn't seem to have that crazy air dash anymore though.

Really? I'm thought she had a much faster airdash before, now it seems normalish. As for the changes, hopefully I can defeat Tenken now.

I didnt notice any change in Kanna either. But yeah, best way for me to beat her now is to throw her every 2 seconds, which ithink is retarded.
btw: Neko Mimi Nayuki is really cute, but (call me crazy) i still think Akiko is cuter!

Well,,, Even Loli Fireball is replaced by a zap, you can have another way to make aerial combo by using Sliding-Cancel like what Akiko or Kano does. Every Characters have various vay to make opponent to be in air. For shiori, Mishio, Ayu, Misuzu, Akane or others, they are easy. The problems are like Mai, Akiko, Kano, or some other. However by canceling attacks you can continue. Instead of Using RF, Use Cancels. Nothing is useful than Cancel in EFZ.
And most people Awaken Nayuki is a real ass kicker. Already many people made high damage combos like 9000 by Nayuki(Awake)(Full gauge), 5300 by Akiko(No ES gauge), 7600 by Akiko(Full gauge), 5200 by Nayuki with no guage. They are damages that only DOpple nanase could make.

Yeah I don't doubt NayukiB is damaging, but what does she use for anti air? The kick special isn't safe to use unless you have an IC, close B is decent but hard to use because you might get far b, and C is just a bit too slow. I want to learn her but this seems to be a problem.

Wow, 9000 damage combo for NayukiB..i smell a patch coming...
For Mai, the loss of Loli Fireball alone isnt all that bad. However, MANY of her good moves got screwed, and adding all those move changes together accounts for a great loss of ability. For instance, that slidekick-cancel technique you mentioned, i used alot in v3.10. But now the slidekick no longer has any range and does not track the opponent, and so is no longer useful. Another example is her lvl 3 fireball that now has a big startup delay, and consequently cannot be used at the end of combos.
For now, my best weapon for Mai in v4.01 is the upward Loli Spinning move (granted that its a clean hit), which enables either an air combo or a lvl 3 on the way down. If they fuck that move up in subsequent patches as well, then screw EFZ entirely, ill retire early.

you can have another way to make aerial combo by using Sliding-Cancel like what Akiko or Kano does. that's not a good option anymore in this patch due to the slide kick got nerf. i dont think you can combo with the slide kick and the end then cancel it, also the slide kick start up is so long all everyone need to do is block down. So it's not really a good way to combo Slide kick got nerf also means that harder to get close to character who is good in turtle (hi shiori, kano)

All of you say that the sliding of Mai got screwed, Well, I agree that as Mai is my third character. THe sliding is attacking down, but what about the aerial. By mixing those sliding and aerial, you can perfectly make a combo. I've already seen a combo starting with Aerial and finish with Aerial. And to get close to Shiori or Kano, use Loli Mai. WHen I duel with CPU, they are pretty useful. and the high damage combo replay and combo movie(AVI form) is on download in monaefz.x-y.net/newhome/dex.htmJust that is it in Korean, but,,, Well, I will upload that and make I available to download directly.

well,,, If you don't translate it,,, I will summarize it,,,,('Cause I memorized all the changes made to those characters that I use)
1. No knock down after d (THerefore new style of Combos available)
2. Slow of —Í‚ÌsŽg ”š”. But 2hit.
3. Change of ˜AŒ‚. a: fast, less # of hits. Disappear after. s: Still fast, but not that fast. Same # of hit as a, but reusable. d: Quite fast(than other commands) 16 hits, reusable.
4. “dŒ‚ No commands,,,,
5. CHange in ŒÊŒŽ 1~3 frame slower than 3.10 a: Short delay, Not good for combos anymore s: Able to connect combos. d: Faster than a, not good for combos
6. Change in ”j‰ó(ES) Slower, but higher damage. Still able to use it in combos.
7. Change in k’n No change in k’n it self. - CHange in k’n’ÇR Less range - Change in k’n’ÇŽa Always appear above the opponent, a bit of delay after appearance
8. Short IC timing after k’n’ÇR
9. Less height when Mai sits down.
10. Unable to set Loli at the back of the opponent.
