I am creating this thread as a place where to brainstorm/comments/ideas/suggestions/edits/whatever related to the EFZ section I am creating at the wiki in Shoryuken.com www.shoryuken.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page(Strategy guide at the top > Eternal Fighter ZERO) I will probably use this thead to harass people while asking for translations of terms, since I am pretty much a name nazi I think its not too much to ask for people to use this thread for what it is intended for. Relevant posts only, please. I am still working on the structure. Let me know if you guys think of what kind of sections would be good to add to the skeleton.

I have added Akane's movelist and translations to the SRK wiki, for better or worse. Please let me know what you think of it so I can make the recommended changes before I start doing the rest of the characters. Here is the link: www.shoryuken.com/wiki/index.php/Satomura_Akane_%28EFZ%29

Let me take care of Misaki first so we can agree on a template to follow. But in general, I prefer semantic over format-oriented tagging, meaning that I prefer to avoid things like <b> for titles and tables.

Done and done. Just so you know, the "example of how a character's page should look" that's listed on the Main Page needs some changing then.
What do you think of the added information that I included for some of the moves? Is it too much?

In terms of contents it looks good so far. The 'this move looks like this or that' is what I would move to the in-game references section. As of how to discuss the properties of the moves that's something I'd like to discuss in IRC if possible.
References are important. Crediting should be possible whenever possible, probably wikipedia style.

Concerning the notation I'm using for moves... Currently, I'm using A, B, C, S, and "Attack" for any attack button. This is my personal preference.
But Yunari's FAQ and Kitchen's Movelist both use L, M, H, S, and "A" for any attack button. What style would this forum prefer more?

I use ABCD myself. We will probably need a notation section since we are using the nonstandard (for SRK) numpad notation anyways.

The SRK Wiki already seems to have one: www.shoryuken.com/wiki/index.php/Numeric_NotationAlso, all the Japanese sites I've seen use 弱, 中, 強, and S for their button notation. The Memorial manual uses Sp instead of S. Am I right in assuming those kanji stand for Weak, Medium, Strong?

I put an example of what I want to do with Akane's weak attack.
The idea is this: each move has variations. In case of normals, they are jumping, crouching, dashing, etc. In case of command moves and supers they depend on the buttong being used. The approach I wan tto do is to summarize properties of each move's variation and follow with some description/discussion as things develop.
The table has no formatting. I would like to apply formatting using classes and CSS. The wiki's help includes a sample on how to give a class so CSS can be applied, but I still have to find out how to create the CSS file itself in the wiki.

Boo to numpad notation. I'd like to help out too if possible.

Work on the wiki seemed to have died. *cries*
Some of the pages are using SF notation instead of keypad notation. I think a section discussing the regular attacks is needed. Also a netplay part would be cool too somewhere.

My internet just came back, so I can have another look at it.
I have been working a bit offline with the formatting, regarding the notation, that something that will need to be cleaned out. Other game's wikis are using numpad (DoA, GG) so as long as there is a reference it should be okay.
