Rules
Like in Epic2k5#r, we will start doing tournument after me and evo set up our laptop
Remember casual is ok, but if i call you up u better be up, or i'm going to fucking come unplug ur pad/keyboard myself. I will call for 2 times and if you dont get ur ass up i will DQ your ass.
Test your keys before you hit that replay button or just deal with it. make sure they are USB and work for winXP
For laptop that are casual play, please turn off your sound so it won't be as loud and people who are in the tournument can concentrate. People who are watching dont say annoying shit like "OH DO THIS DO THAT RG THIS!"
Single EFZ Tournument
1) No change at all
2) Single Elimination (1 matches or 2/3) then Round Robin, best 2 out of 3
Example
A vs B 2-0, A get 3 pts, B get 0 pts
C vs D 2-1, C get 2 pts, D get 1pt

Raven vs Hadoken (5)
LK vs FFD (3)
Vman vs MTP (4)
Cez vs Jay aka evo's white friend(1)
Daphes vs Evospace(2)
Taiji vs Lina(6)
Spatula(7) vs (8)
if random peon enter, then it will randomly add them into 1 of those 7 bracket, and they will fight the unseed people, then the seed people.
ex:
peon_A got random into Vman bracket, then it will be MTP vs peon_A, then whoever win vs Vman
EFZ All star California vs Texas 4v4 OR 5v5
If Vman brought his 3~4 friend to join, then it will happen, whoever is the top 4 score in single and live in Cali will be in teh all star game
It will be "Evo 2003" style, which is TEAM RR
everyone from CA gets to play everyone from TX

2nd floor hallway in the con (Evo said require no badge and he is the one who give the idea, kill him if it fails)
BACKUP PLACE: Spatula's hotel room (once again he will be saving us if plan A fail)
Time:
Saturday 3:30pm~4:00pm (maybe adjust in the future depend on KOTOKO's scudule!)
TELL ME WHAT YOU WILL BRING (someone bring a table plz if we do end up in the hallway lolz)

we have to do 2v2 cuz we dont have enough people.
Japan did quite tag tournument a few time already for EFZ/IaMP, so i dont think it's that weird =p
unless...u want to do a 5v5 allstar match of CALIFORNIA VS TEXAS!

well due to KOTOKO concert i'm not going to be hosting shit until that over (i'm pretty sure evo and most of us will do the same)

I suggest the lobby of one con hotel. Hilton's gotta have enough space, so I guess there shouldn't be a problem
Another idea is one of the 'lobbies' in the convention center. The place is big enough that there are areas where people can just sit and take a break, without being too close of other people. I am talking about the areas between the doors of rooms.
Someone could ask Spatula. He hosted the game meetings las year's expo afterall. Or any con goer with a hotel room in a con hotel (Hilton, Coast, the other one in front of the convention center/Hilton)
Though if you ask me the 'best' place would be the gaming room so there could be a crowd.
